Job summary

Goodwill SWPA and North Central West Virginia seeks an Adult Education Coordinator to supervise IELCE/IET programs, coordinate class schedules, and support participants toward employment and further training.

You will manage data in the eData system, collaborate with the Education team, and liaise with partners to remove barriers to progress. Regular travel within Allegheny County is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Teaching, or other related field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Human Services, Adult Education, Case Management, or Service Coordination.
• Experience coordinating education programs and data reporting.
• Background checks and clearances required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Education, Training, and Client Services programs, including IELCE and IET.
• Supervise instructional staff, schedule classes, and monitor attendance.
• Maintain data entry in eData and related systems; prepare monthly reports.
• Advise students, support transitions to employment or further training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.
