Job summary

Lake Land College Illinois is seeking an ESL Instructor to implement classroom instruction for adult learners at an Effingham employer worksite. The role focuses on building basic reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and teaching American norms and practices.

The instructor will deliver on-site instruction, assess student progress, maintain records, and collaborate with staff to support student success and ongoing recruitment and retention of learners.

7. Responsible to obtain 15 hours of professional development per academic year.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required.
