Job summary

Midland College is seeking an Instructional and Curriculum Lead for the Adult Education program. The role coaches GED and ESL instructors, updates syllabi for GED, ESL, IETs, and Intensive Services, and helps contextualize coursework.

You will collaborate with coordinators and a career navigator to enhance student learning and program quality. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has experience with curriculum development or adult education, along with strong facilitation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
• Experience creating curriculum or facilitating learning sessions is preferred.
• Experience teaching or coaching adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches GED & ESL instructors and conducts onboarding.
• Develops, updates, and maintains GED/ESL syllabi and IET/Intensive Services content.
• Recommends professional development and instructional resources to instructors.
• Collaborates with GED/ESL coordinators and career navigator to improve student outcomes.
