Job Description

Part time English as a Second Language Teacherfor adultsat EASTCONN's Family Literacylocation in Willimanitc.

Multi-level evening classes will meet Tuesday & THursday afternoonsfor 2.5 hr/session throughout the academic year.

The successful candidatewill preferably have prior experience teaching ESL in Adult Education programs and be well versed in multicultural and differentiated learning. Experience working in a technology-rich classroom setting preferred.He/she must be able to engage the students in meaningful instruction, developing personalized, high-interest lessons. Bachelor's degree required, as well asCT Adult Education ESL certified or certifiable (# 088 endorsement).Flexibility to work at multiple sites preferred.
