Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience with people with disabilities or geriatric population preferred.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and monthly activities for clients as part of a team, maintaining a positive work environment.
• Motivate clients and build relationships with clients and staff to help them be their best.
• Assist during arrival and departure for clients using transportation services.
• Oversee and supervise client safety at all times.
• Respond to alarms or emergencies and evacuate to shelters; may monitor health and operate equipment.
