Job summary

Adult Day Services - Green Bay is seeking a Program Support Aide to assist Adult Instructors and PCS team. The role involves aiding with personal cares, supporting classes and activities, and helping with daily operations in the day services program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; CNA license preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer adults (min 25 pounds).
• Experience working with adults with severe disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal cares for clients, including toileting, feeding, hydration and dressing.
• Assist Instructors during classes, exercise and in the pool (ROM, PT follow-through, swimming, outings).
• Prepare and arrange rooms during lunch periods; sanitize tables and cleanup.
• Monitor and adhere to program and class schedules; sanitize rooms and equipment as needed.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry and stocking; document incidents and reports as required.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education; provide direction to volunteers.
• Adhere to agency safety policies and procedures.
