Qualifications

• Age 18+ years old with High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, responsible, flexible.
• Ability to interact with and respond appropriately to emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis stabilization and observation.
• Conduct daily recovery-based activities.
• Provide routine check-ins with individuals, leaving no one unattended.
• Teach daily living skills.
• Assist individuals in connecting with community resources.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Complete all required paperwork for billing and audit needs.
• Maintain a written record of individuals' progress same day of service.
• Identify problematic trends and aid in problem solving.
• Build relationships with all departments to aid in communication flow.
