Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Personal Automobile Insurance and acceptable Criminal Background Investigation necessary.

Responsibilities

• Engage with consumers monthly to assess needs and coordinate care.
• Complete visits with consumers in various environments to evaluate needs.
