Intermountain Health Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Shifts include Day and Night options, with 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN must be obtained within four years if RN has <12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, social, and psychological status of patients and gather information from the health care team.
• Collaboratively develop and educate patient and family about the care plan.
• Direct the care team to implement and coordinate care per plan.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the plan as needed.
