Winona Area Public Schools is seeking Adult Basic Education Instructors for the 2026-27 school year. Instructors will teach GED and ESL, working district-wide with 5-20 hours per week, including some evenings from September through June.
Under the direction of the Director of Community Education, instructors will maintain testing and attendance records and help students reach their educational goals. Some programmatic work may be required.

The Adult Basic Education Instructor, under the direction of the Director of Community Education, will teach GED and/or ESL. Some evenings may be required. The instructor will be responsible for keeping detailed testing and attendance records, and help students meet their respective educational goals. Some programmatic work will be required as needed.
Qualified candidates will have a Master of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) or will have a License or be eligible to hold a K-12 Teaching license issued by the Minnesota Professional Educators Licensing and Standards Board.
