CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Solutions Enablement and Support Senior Manager reporting to the Lead Director, Ad Tech Operations. The role focuses on building out the client support program for CMX self-service offerings emphasizing client success, compliance, and proactive resolution of activation issues. Responsibilities include partnering with internal and external stakeholders for client onboarding, managing customer inquiry queues, providing L1 troubleshooting, maintaining SOPs and FAQs, developing process workflows, participating in testing new ad products, and supporting Ad Tech projects across CMX’s product offerings. The position requires 5+ years in digital/online media with ticketing system management, 3+ years in ad operations or product/project management with DSPs or ad serving platforms, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The role is open to remote or hybrid work with required office presence 3 days a week in one of several corporate hubs including Boston, Wellesley, Woonsocket, New York, Blue Bell, or Chicago.
