Job summary

Goodwill Industries of South Florida is seeking an Adult Day Training Supervisor to lead the ADT department and collaborate with the Vocational Services Director. This role will supervise ADT Career Navigator Specialists and Trainers to ensure quality services.

You will oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, review participant documentation for eligibility, and provide case management and counseling within the program. Compliance with policies and standards is required.
