Job summary

Goodwill South Florida is seeking an Adult Day Training Supervisor to lead the ADT Department, planning, organizing, and supervising services for participants and staff. You will work with the Vocational Services Director, train ADT Career Navigator Specialists, and oversee monthly case staffing and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in human services with 3–5 years of supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong counseling and communication skills, and a bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in the Human Service field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution; consideration for experience in lieu of education.
• Strong counseling, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ADT department and staff.
• Interview, hire, train, and supervise employees; plan and direct work.
• Conduct monthly case staffing to review progress.
• Coordinate with program funders and other departments for participant advancement.
• Ensure program authorizations, billing reports, and compliance requirements.
