Job summary

Graver Technologies LLC is seeking a Chemist (Adsorption Media) for its Ecosorb business based in Glasgow, DE. The role focuses on hands-on laboratory work, R&D, applications testing, and providing customer technical support to drive product development and manufacturing improvements.

The successful candidate will develop new products, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate across the field sales, service, and manufacturing teams, ensuring safe lab practice and effective data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in related chemistry, R&D, applications, or product development.
• Hands-on experience with adsorbent media, filtration, ion exchange, or related separation technologies; sugar industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation for Ecosorb through hands-on lab work, product improvement, and new application development.
• Collaborate with field sales, technical service, and customers to identify needs and design lab experiments.
• Develop and execute lab testing protocols to evaluate Ecosorb performance in customer applications.
• Provide technical applications support for customer trials, troubleshooting, and data interpretation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement with engineering and production.
• Document results and recommendations for internal and customer use.
