Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or related field.
• Experience with R&D projects and lab testing programs.
• Ability to translate lab results into practical customer or manufacturing recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support Ecosorb R&D through hands-on laboratory work and new application development.
• Collaborate with field sales, technical service, and customers to identify needs and design experiments.
• Develop and execute lab testing protocols for Ecosorb performance in customer applications.
• Provide technical applications support for customer trials and lab/field data interpretation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support continuous improvement with process engineering.
