SPECIALTY RX, Inc. is seeking an ADS Puller Pharmacy Technician to join our team in New Jersey. The role involves data entry, preparing controlled substance orders, and coordinating with field techs and other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.

The ideal candidate will have NJ Pharmacy Technician Registration, a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

PHARMACY SEEKS ADS PULLER PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Under general supervision of the ADS Director and/or ADS Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry for ADS Transaction
• Prepare controlled substance Orders for the Weekly schedule
• Coordinate with field tech and other pharmacy departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain ADS Department Inventory
• Purchase, Transfer, and Adjust Inventory
• Transfer of inventory between pharmacy departments as needed
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve departmental objectives.
• Complete Any Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
• Assist with additional duties or projects as directed by the supervisor to support department goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in pharmacy automation (Cubex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred
• Knowledge of Data Entry experience is a plus
• NJS Pharmacy Technician Registration Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience required (one-year experience in long-term care preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Must be able to multitask and work quickly
