Qualifications

• Data entry experience is a plus and helps accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a busy ADS department.
• NJ Pharmacy Technician Registration is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry for ADS Transaction.
• Prepare controlled substance orders for the Weekly schedule.
• Coordinate with field tech and other pharmacy departments for timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain ADS Department Inventory.
• Purchase, Transfer, and Adjust Inventory.
• Transfer of inventory between pharmacy departments as needed.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

PHARMACY SEEKS ADS PULLER PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Under general supervision of the ADS Director and/or ADS Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Entry for ADS Transaction
• Prepare controlled substance Orders for the Weekly schedule
• Coordinate with field tech and other pharmacy departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Maintain ADS Department Inventory
• Purchase, Transfer, and Adjust Inventory
• Transfer of inventory between pharmacy departments as needed
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve departmental objectives.
• Complete Any Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor
• Assist with additional duties or projects as directed by the supervisor to support department goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in pharmacy automation (Cubex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred
• Knowledge of Data Entry experience is a plus
• NJS Pharmacy Technician Registration Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience required (one-year experience in long-term care preferred)
• Ability to work independently
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• Basic math and analytical skills
• Must be able to multitask and work quickly
