SpecialtyRx, Inc. in Ridgefield Park, NJ, seeks an ADS Puller Pharmacy Technician to join our team. Under supervision, ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

Responsibilities include data entry, preparing controlled substance orders, coordinating with field techs, maintaining inventory records, and supporting departmental goals to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with pharmacy automation systems (Cubex, Pyxis, Omnicell) preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of pharmacy experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong organizational and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry for ADS Transactions.
• Prepare controlled substance orders for the Weekly schedule.
• Coordinate with field tech and other pharmacy departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Purchase, Transfer, and Adjust Inventory.
• Transfer of inventory between pharmacy departments as needed.
• Maintain organized records of purchase orders, receipts, and inventory transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve departmental objectives.
• Complete Any Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor.
• Assist with additional duties or projects as directed by the supervisor to support department goals.

PHARMACY SEEKS ADS PULLER PHARMACY TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

Under general supervision of the ADS Director and/or ADS Supervisor, and in accordance with local, state, federal and company laws and regulations ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast, professional and accurate communication.

• Data Entry for ADS Transaction
• Prepare controlled substance Orders for the Weekly schedule
