Job summary

TekWissen is seeking an experienced CW ADS Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Automated Driving Systems programs in Ann Arbor, MI. The role bridges engineering and product, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery for complex ADS/ADAS features.

You will manage cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and validation, track KPIs, and present program updates to senior leadership in a fast-paced, onsite work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in automotive systems.
• Experience delivering ADS/ADAS programs compliant with ASPICE and ISO 26262.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ADS program planning, scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop schedules, dashboards, and risk registers to ensure transparency.
• Coordinate across software, system, validation, and hardware teams.
• Report KPIs and provide executive updates to leadership.
• Mentor junior leads and promote Kaizen in project execution.
