Job summary

Bee Talent Solutions seeks a content designer/UX writer to shape new designs with a focus on ad platforms. You will work with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers, and Localization experts to shape the product.

You will own the content design strategy across end-to-end user flows, write microcopy for Ads Manager, lead initiatives from concept to launch, and ensure language is clear, accessible, translatable and aligned with best UX practices.

Qualifications

• Experience writing for digital products, preferably mobile apps.
• Case studies showing Content Design-led impact.
• Ability to proactively identify problems to solve.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues while advocating for Content Design.
• Skills in managing several concurrent projects and turning around copy on tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward the products.
• 3-6 years of professional design experience.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the content design strategy for end-to-end user flows.
• Write microcopy for new features across the Ads Manager.
• Lead multiple initiatives from concept through launch and iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and product managers to build new products.
• Name features, audit language for quality and consistency, collaborate with Localization and User Research, and A/B test copy.
• Make sure our language is clear, consistent, accessible, translatable and aligns with best practice UX.
• Brainstorm new product ideas as well as projects that can be led by you to create impact across important metrics.
• Clearly communicate content strategy and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Give thoughtful feedback to peers and help raise the quality bar for content design.
