Qualifications

• 1+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends across supply, optimization, ad load, and advertising mix to assess impact on advertiser performance and progress toward advertiser goals.
• Present analyses to senior leaders on how feature development affects identity recognition rates and how changes to ad selection systems influence fill rate, highlighting insights for business and engineering roadmaps.
• Formalize analytics around Ads auctions by examining bid spreads, auction depth, and modeling potential auction structure changes.
• Identify, standardize, and operationalize KPIs to measure performance across all ad serving systems and use trends to inform business priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define data logging requirements and place them on engineering roadmaps.
• Validate financial models through data analysis.
• Develop and own ad revenue and supply intelligence analytics decks for ongoing deep-dives.
