Other duties may be required and assigned.]Under the general direction of the ADR Program Director and Assistant Director, the Program Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sixth Judicial District Alternative Dispute Resolution Program. Under general to limited supervision, this person will be responsible for answering telephones, taking messages and making appointments, greeting visitors, maintaining office files, intake and scheduling of cases, conducting domestic violence screening, generating notices and reports, maintaining office inventory, and other administrative duties of a routine nature in support the ADR Program and ADR Program Director.Work Schedule: Employee will be required to work regularly on various shifts as deemed necessary; generally, Monday – Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM fully in-office.Submit a resume and letter of interest to the 6th Judicial District ADR Program Director, Liesl Owen, 141 W.
