Typical duties include assisting in food preparation, greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, managing deliveries, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must complete a ServSafe exam and participate in a background check upon hire (paid by Chick-fil-A).
• Minimum age 18 and a valid State-issued Driver’s License.
• Own reliable transportation that is clean and insured.
• Clean driving record for the past 2 years.
• Able to communicate reliably via smartphone to use the delivery app.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food items in the restaurant kitchen following food safety standards.
• Load, transport and set up food and equipment at the distribution point.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and create a positive customer experience.
• Break down and transport equipment and unsold inventory back to the restaurant.
• Track and report sales, waste, and inventory accurately.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Somerset's hospitality values at all times.
• Manage transactions using Delivery App and cash handling.
• Deliver portions that meet weight and presentation expectations.

ADP Team Members are generally offered as part time or full time (scheduled), with the driver keeping 100% of his or her tips. You must have a valid driver license and be 18 years of age. This is not a contract position, you will be a team member of the Chick-fil-A Somerset Collection North family and will be expected to represent the restaurant with the highest integrity, enthusiasm and excellent service.

The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue meet our guest's expectations outside of the restaurant.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing food items in the restaurant kitchen before departure, following all food safety and quality standards.
• Load, transport and safely set up food and equipment at the assigned distribution point.
• Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A at the off-site location; Greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and creating a positive customer experience. .
• Break down, pack up, and safely transport equipment and unsold inventory back to the restaurant.
• Track and report sales, waste, and inventory accurately.
• Represent Chick-fil-A Somerset's values and standards of hospitality at all times.
• Greeting customers when entering and leaving the premises

Requirements:

• Minimum age - 18 years old,
• Must have a valid State-Issued Driver’s License

• Cannot have a current/within the last year License suspension
