Job summary

Workstream is hiring a Part-time Delivery Driver to support our Chick-fil-A delivery program in Atlanta, GA. You will deliver orders accurately and on time while providing friendly customer care.

Responsibilities include prepping and executing large catering orders, maintaining presentation standards, and upholding our commitment to excellence. Strong communication via the delivery app is essential, and you will work in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• Available 6a-3:30p or 2:30-Cl.
• Must utilize personal vehicle (year 2017 or newer) with proof of insurance.

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and our culture at the highest level at all times
• Execute safe driving best practices when operating delivery vehicles for meal deliveries with a sense of urgency
• Ensure customer satisfaction by protecting and upholding our brand at all times as you attend to customer concerns as they arise on a delivery
• Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery assembly area (cleanliness, speed and accuracy, taste of food, and attentive & courteous) at all times
• Meet with supervisor on shift to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Job description

This role includes supporting our Chick-fil-A delivery program by ensuring orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with great customer care. Team members will also help prepare and execute large, high-quality catering orders. This includes organizing packaging, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring every catering delivery reflects our commitment to excellence.

Delivery drivers are generally offered as part time team members. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family and will help uphold our high standards of presentation, service, and care. The ideal candidate must be able to execute Chick-fil-A hospitality with our guests in a caring way. Clear and excellent communication skills via our delivery app are paramount to help us continue to meet our guest's expectations outside of the Restaurant.
