Framatome is seeking an NPC Product Line Manager in Lynchburg, VA to oversee all aspects of the Installed Base Business Unit product line. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive a clear vision, and manage financials to deliver safe, reliable, and economical energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of directly related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques, and criteria.
• Strong leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the product line.
• Inspire teams with clear vision and accountability to achieve results.
• Plan and manage product line financials including income statements, cash flows, and balance sheets.
• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships in line with the supplier program.
• Lead the business planning process for the product line.
• Coordinate activities and prioritize personnel, materials, and equipment across the product line.
