The **Adoption Center Sr. Manager** leads an enterprise transformation engine that helps new capabilities move from idea to lasting impact. In this role, you will shape how strategic initiatives are tested, scaled, and sustained across operations. You will bring teams together, remove adoption barriers, and use insights to help the business make confident decisions. This is an opportunity to lead with purpose, build strong partnerships, and help ambitious, compassionate experts deliver meaningful change.**Responsibilities*** Lead the Adoption Center strategy and align adoption work to enterprise transformation goals, capability roadmaps, and long-term business outcomes.* Guide core functions across simulation and validation, insight generation, issue management, scaling, and sustainment.* Partner across programs, technology, operations, PX&O, Data Management, Reporting, Knowledge Management, Training, Communications, Risk Control, and Audit to support seamless adoption.* Develop Adoption Business Plans that connect insights, risks, lessons learned, and adoption needs into clear actions for leaders and teams.* Use data, performance measures, and operational insights to identify risks, improve decisions, and advance scalable adoption strategies.* Represent the Adoption Center in governance forums, program discussions, and operational report outs with clear, actionable updates.* Coach and empower teams to manage ambiguity, solve adoption challenges, and build a culture of collaboration, learning, innovation, and accountability.**Qualifications** - **Required*** High School Diploma or G.E.D.* 8+ years of experience in operational transformation, business process improvement, quality and auditing, change management, technology adoption, or a related area.* 5+ years of people management experience.* Experience leading large teams, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional work in a complex business environment.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn operational insights into clear actions.* Ability to influence leaders, build alignment across stakeholders, and communicate recommendations with confidence and clarity.* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.**Qualifications - Preferred*** Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree.* Experience with structured change management or adoption frameworks, such as ADKAR or Prosci.* Experience with operational modeling, simulation, automation opportunities, or business intelligence reporting.* Experience partnering across Business, IT, and leadership teams on large-scale transformation initiatives. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 130,900 - 218,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
