Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD seeks an ADON to lead clinical teams across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will mentor staff, ensure person-centered care and drive clinical excellence in a dynamic retirement community.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, has 3+ years in healthcare leadership, and is skilled in wound care, infection control and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Current RN nursing license with no restrictions.
• Experience leading clinical staff and ensuring person-centered care.
• Experience with wound care, infection control and quality improvement.
• EMR experience preferred; Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of clinical staff.
• Ensure staffing based on resident acuity in each level of care.
• Monitor infection control and develop related policies.
• Oversee clinical quality areas such as wound care and falls risk reduction.
• Collaborate with DON on budget and regulatory readiness.
