Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to meet residents’ healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, maintaining quality care as needs change.
• Ensure consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts; may involve assuming caregiver or Med Tech/Aide roles.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and education.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision; conduct periodic medication audits.
• Share on-call duties as required.
• Obtain education to meet state licensing requirements (LPN/LVN or RN); minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Hold an LPN or LVN license.
