Allure of Knox County in Galesburg, IL seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the nursing team and uphold the highest standards of resident care. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor staff, and monitor resident conditions with accurate, compliant documentation.

This leadership role requires an active RN or LPN license, prior long‑term care experience, and strong knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations with the Director of Nursing.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure compliant documentation.
• Support survey readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in QAPI and quality improvement initiatives.
• Conduct clinical rounding to support staff and residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassion.
