AVIR Health Group in Lubbock, TX is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in the clinical management of our facility and to help build a high-performing team and culture.

Required are a Texas Nursing License, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, plus infection control knowledge and familiarity with long-term care standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards and regulations.
