Job summary

Meadowbrook Respiratory and Nursing Center in Matawan, NJ seeks an experienced ADON to lead daily nursing home operations and ensure the highest standard of resident care. The role reports to facility leadership and requires strong clinical and administrative skills.

As a key member of our management team, the ADON Nursing Home will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. About the Role:

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, scheduling, and patient care.
• Collaborate with the facility's administration team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our commitment to quality care.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to nursing, infection control, and patient safety.
• Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Responsibilities:
