Position Summary: Assist the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring quality care and compliance with regulations. Maintain respiratory responsibilities among other duties.

Education & Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license as per state requirements
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare, preferably long-term care
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator management is preferred

Shift & Wage:

• Shifts: 3pm-11pm
• Wage: Up to $35/hr
