Qualifications

• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards per Federal Register and state regs.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.
• Help build a high-performing nursing team and culture and ensure quality patient care.
