Job description

ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator (Finance)

Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, and maintains quality care as their healthcare needs change. Ensures consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts, which may require assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.

Assists in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers. Provides ongoing training and education to Caregivers, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manages staff schedules and oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision or administration, conducting periodic medication skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale Guidelines.

Shares on-call duties as required. Requires education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience. Valid LPN or LVN license required.

Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan. Salary range: $28.00 - $35.66 per hour. The actual salary will be determined based on skills and experience. The application window is expected to close within 30 days of posting.
