Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for Eastern Reception, Diagnostic, and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre, MO. The ADON provides clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff, reporting to the Director of Nursing and collaborating with mental health/medical leadership to improve health care for incarcerated offenders.

The role requires a Missouri RN license, current TB documentation, and active AED/CPR certification,

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Missouri RN license; a Baccalaureate degree is preferred.
• Current tuberculin documentation and active AED/CPR certification required.
• Must pass background investigation and obtain security clearance where applicable.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in correctional/forensic/criminal justice settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff.
• Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with mental health/medical leadership.
• Contributes to the improvement of health care for incarcerated offenders in a correctional environment.
