Job summary
Immaculate Mary Center is seeking a seasoned ADON RN to support the Director of Nursing in daily operations and staff management. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and team supervision in a long-term care setting.
The ADON RN must hold a PA RN license with at least two years of experience, and be prepared to lead nursing staff with strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site position at our Philadelphia facility.
Qualifications
- Must have long-term care management experience.
- ADON experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
- Active PA RN license with at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in daily operations and planning.
- Oversee nursing staff and assign / monitor duties.
- Ensure quality of care, documentation, and compliance.
