The ADON will lead staffing, budgeting, and compliance efforts while mentoring nursing staff and promoting best practices. This on‑site role requires strong leadership, communication, and clinical expertise in a dynamic facility setting.

Qualifications

• Nursing leadership and management experience required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws.

• Hiring new nurses and overseeing the onboarding process by training them or assigning them to a trainer
• Creating schedules to ensure that departments have adequate nursing coverage for every shift
• Coaching nurses to improve performance and handling discipline issues
• Monitoring expenses to ensure that the facility operates within budgetary constraints
