Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed Therapist in St. Charles, MO to join the Recovery Services team. You will provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families, complete assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans to support recovery and well-being.

The role requires current licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) and a commitment to compassionate, person-centered care in a community-focused setting along the Missouri River region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required.
• Current licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT with ability to obtain licensure in additional states if needed.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy aligned with treatment goals.
• Conduct intake, assessments, diagnoses, and create treatment plans.
• Respond to crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed.
• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate charts and progress.
