Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking an Associate Therapist for its training program to support adolescents facing acute mental health challenges. You will gain hands-on experience across residential and outpatient settings, serving as Primary Therapist as assigned and leading DBT skills groups.

You will receive ongoing supervision, structured training, and opportunities to expand clinical skills in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work is required.
• Active BBS associate number (AMFT/ACSW/APCC) is required.
• Willingness to travel between Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills, and Calabasas locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for teens and their families.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments with support and independently over time.
• Collaborate with the clinical team during weekly treatment meetings.
• Participate in weekly training track supervision to learn acute care services.
• Partner with Residential Counselors to reinforce behavioral interventions.
• Co-facilitate—and eventually lead—DBT skills groups.
• Complete treatment plans, weekly reviews, and all required clinical documentation.
