Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers in California is seeking an Associate Therapist for our Training Program designed for early-career clinicians working with teens in residential and outpatient settings. You’ll gain hands-on experience and receive consistent supervision.

As Primary Therapist for assigned clients, you will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, lead DBT skills groups, provide individual and family therapy, and ensure timely documentation while collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work.
• Active California BBS associate number (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
• California DL and willingness to travel between Tarzana, Woodland Hills, Agoura Hills and Calabasas locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy for teens and their families.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments with support and independently over time.
• Lead DBT skills groups and coordinate with residential and outpatient teams.
• Complete weekly treatment plan reviews and required documentation.
• Collaborate with clinicians in weekly treatment meetings.
