Job summary
Unity Health’s Adolescent Recovery and Wellness in Searcy, AR is seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive nursing care to teens in residential treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring behavioral health disorders.
The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, patient safety, and collaborative treatment with psychiatrists, therapists, and families, in a structured environment. A $15k signing bonus is offered to join the team.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current licensure in the State of Arkansas as a Registered Nurse.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides age-appropriate nursing care to adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
- Performs comprehensive nursing assessments on admission and during treatment.
- Administers medications safely, monitors response and adverse effects, and educates patients and families.
