Signet Health Corporation seeks an experienced RN for Unity Health’s Adolescent Recovery and Wellness in Searcy, AR to provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescents in residential treatment for substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

The role focuses on patient safety, stabilization, education, and collaborative care within a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment. A $15k sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure in the State of Arkansas as a Registered Nurse.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provides age-appropriate nursing care to adolescents with substance use disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments upon admission and during treatment.
• Administers medications safely, monitors response and educates patients and families.
• Collaborates with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other team members.
• Maintains documentation in the EMR per standards.
• Maintains a safe, trauma-informed milieu to support recovery and healthy development.
• Participates in discharge planning and interdisciplinary meetings.
