Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree related to social work or human services.
• Valid Driver’s License by date of hire.
• Certification from the State training academy due by end of nine‑month probation.
• Must meet annual continuing education hours and state training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Providing intensive case management to adolescents and their families.
• Assessing youth, young adults, and families to determine ongoing case support needs.
• Completing all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Attending court hearings, agency meetings, and trainings.
• Collaborating with Juvenile Justice partners and the youth/young adult team.
• Advocating for youth and families within education and probation systems.
• Supporting child protection caseworkers with challenging assessments or cases.
• Working in the field with youth, young adults, families, and partners in various settings.
