Job summary

SMA Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for adolescents on a part-time basis in Florida. The role involves delivering nursing care, performing assessments, administering medications, and coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to support patient health and safety.

The RN will work within inpatient/outpatient settings, document care in SMA's EMR, and collaborate with RAS and community providers. A valid Florida RN license and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• RN with Florida licensure and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience delivering healthcare in mental health and/or substance abuse is preferred.
• Competency with electronic medical records and medical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to adolescent clients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments and identify barriers to care.
• Assist Residential Adolescent Specialists with supervision and behavior management.
