Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) in Danville, PA, is seeking a Clinician to join our Residential Treatment Facility. You will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adolescents in a structured, therapeutic residential setting.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will conduct assessments, deliver individual and group therapy, develop treatment plans, and document progress to support positive outcomes for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health.
• Current Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes
• Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources
• Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program
• Participate in therapeutic activities and programming
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training
