Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a qualified Clinician to join our Danville Residential Treatment Facility. You will provide assessment, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for adolescents in a structured, therapeutic setting.

Join a multidisciplinary team focused on trauma-informed care, collaborative care, and ongoing supervision. This in-person role requires a PA license-eligible clinician and a commitment to high-quality behavioral health services in

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in child or adolescent behavioral health.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT within scope of practice.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide diagnostic impressions.
• Provide individual and group therapy services.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes.
• Communicate clinical updates to treatment teams, families, and referral sources.
• Support the safety, structure, and therapeutic environment of the residential program.
• Participate in therapeutic activities and programming.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
• Attend staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
