Job summary

Nana-Healthcare-Management,-LL is seeking a Primary Therapist for an adolescent residential program in Georgia. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to 11–17-year-olds in a structured residential setting, while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, milieu management, and maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports stabilization and long-term recovery. Licensure in Georgia is required; CPI and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia licensure as LPC/LAPC/LMSW/LCSW.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with high-acuity mental health clients.
• Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents.
• Conduct assessments and intake evaluations to determine treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Lead crisis intervention and milieu management.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and leadership.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Facilitate programming and psychoeducational groups.
