Job summary

Arbour Hospital in Boston's Jamaica Plain area seeks an Adolescent PHP Clinician to join a multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday 40-hour position at Green Street.

The successful candidate may be a recent Master’s level graduate or an experienced licensed clinician who is passionate about working with underserved patient populations. Responsibilities include biopsychosocial assessments, leading therapy groups, documenting treatment, discharge planning, and crisis

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or other human services related field.
• 1-3 years of geriatric psychiatric experience preferred.
• LCSW, LICSW, LHMC, or LDAC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
• Lead therapy groups
• Document clients’ treatment
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Provide crisis intervention
• Provide milieu management
• Coordinate, arrange, and monitor discharge planning and continuity of care

Education

Master’s Degree in Social Work
