Dover Behavioral Health System in Dover, DE, is seeking a dynamic PRN Therapist for our Adolescent Partial Day Program. You will deliver comprehensive clinical services, including case management and psychotherapeutic care to adolescent and adult patients in an outpatient setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, individual/group/family therapy, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Qualificações

• MSW or Master’s Degree in a recognized mental health field.
• Must be working towards licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments to document patient history and identify treatment focus.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with concise, realistic goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapies.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and families and advocate with the treatment team.
• Coordinate discharge planning and identify aftercare needs.
• Attend treatment team meetings and contribute social work perspective.
• Ensure treatment documentation is complete and timely.
