Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Princeton, MN, seeks a dually licensed therapist for an intensive outpatient program serving adolescents with mental health and addiction concerns. You will review admissions, plan interventions, lead individual and group therapy, and educate families.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, coordinating discharge planning, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure care continuity and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, nursing or closely related field required.
• Minnesota Licenses: LICSW, LP, LPCC, LMFT or LADC required or eligible.
• Basic Life Support certification required prior to end of orientation.
• Two years of supervised therapy experience in mental health/substance use recommended.

Responsibilities

• Treat adolescents with mental health and addiction concerns in an intensive outpatient program.
• Review assessments at admission, determine clinical interventions, facilitate therapy and educate patients and families.
• Develop transition and discharge plans and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Function as an interdisciplinary team member in a multi-disciplinary setting.
