Job summary

Trinity Youth Services in Apple Valley, CA is hiring a Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Licensed) to provide adolescent-focused therapy within a short-term residential program. You will deliver individual, family, and group services, conduct crisis intervention, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s in counseling with licensure or eligibility, experience with youth and families, and a CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling and licensed or eligible.
• Experience with youth and families; knowledge of abuse dynamics.
• 21+ years old; able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Valid CA driver’s license and insurable to drive for work.
• English communication; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescent males in a short-term residential program.
• Deliver crisis intervention and case management services.
• Develop assessments and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with child and family teams to implement outcome goals.
• Receive training in evidence-based practices and document services accordingly.
